Payment Information

The Charles A. Jones Career & Education Center accepts payment in the form of cash, money order, or credit card. Payment is also accepted from public agency partners that sponsor students.

Refund Policy

  • No refund without your receipt
  • No refund after attendance in the class (day= 3 sessions; evening= 2 sessions)
  • Absolutely no refunds after five (5) business days
  • No refunds on textbooks, uniforms, or school insurance
  • Absolutely no CASH refunds
  • Debit/Credit cards will be assessed a 5% surcharge fee
  • Checks will be assessed a 1.75% surcharge fee
  • A refund can be issued within five business days if you supply proof of your cancelled check/bank statement- otherwise the refund will take 6 weeks
  • A refund will be issued on the next business day for cash paying customers
  • All materials fees and books must be paid for prior to the start of class.
  • Material fees will not be refunded after the third day of class, and then only with a receipt.
  • Refunds will not be given for uniforms or books.
