Diploma Program: This course in food services is designed to provide students with a variety of contemporary skills utilized within a professional kitchen. Students participate in a diverse curriculum that includes purchasing and receiving, menu and recipe development, American and International Cuisine, culinary skills development, kitchen sanitation and safety, nutrition and supervision, baking and pastry, and leadership. Except for shoes, student uniforms are included in the cost of materials fees. A professional cutlery kit is available for an additional fee. Job placement assistance is available to all graduates of this program.
